Mr. Subhash Bhagwat has been an essential part of Osmosis since the very beginning. Born into a family of educators in Nairobi, Kenya, his journey has always been rooted in education and service. Over the years, he has not only built a successful career as a Chartered Accountant but also guided aspiring hundreds of CAs to get closer to their dreams. His belief in empowering people through knowledge perfectly aligns with our mission to support children in reaching their true potential. For over a decade, he has also been closely involved with Adarsh Pragati Mandal, an initiative supporting Adivasi children through education. His dedication to empowering communities reflects the same care and compassion we strive to offer at Osmosis. When he is not mentoring or working, Mr. Bhagwat loves listening to music and watching birds. His appreciation for art and nature brings a thoughtful, balanced perspective to Osmosis, where we strive to nurture every child's unique talents and aspirations. Mr. Bhagwat’s wisdom and kindness guide us in creating an environment where every child can grow, thrive, and shine.
Cyrus Bagwadia brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to Osmosis. With an illustrious career as Managing Director of two companies and working for social causes, he offers valuable insights that blend strategic thinking with heartfelt dedication. Beyond his professional achievements, Cyrus has devoted himself to working with non- profit organizations that support individuals with special abilities. His mentorship is rooted in compassion and understanding, making him an invaluable guide to our mission. Mr. Cyrus exemplifies our belief in fostering a world where everyone is supported and valued. His journey with us is a testament to the power of kindness, guidance, and unwavering commitment to making a difference.
Mrs. Monaz is the heart and soul of Osmosis, bringing with her a wealth of experience, unwavering dedication, and a deep commitment to the well-being of every child. As a certified special educator and a passionate advocate for inclusive education, she has spent years creating an environment where all children can thrive together. Her vision for Osmosis goes beyond therapy; it’s about building a nurturing community where every child feels valued, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.
